  1. Dear All,

since I joined my University, as an Assistant Professor, I am facing a novel type of barrier: a hierarchy who holds my money from the CNRS and controls it as they wish … as the recent example in date: preventing me to highlight my work which was selected to feature the Front Cover of a Journal (Wiley) … “For the visibility, let’s wait … we have time since young researchers … wait your trurn”. The pyramidal system here is horrible and not productive, hiring PhD with posdoctoral experiences preventing meanwhile from their free-thinking.
